Community College Pathways for Former Foster Youth (CCP)
Community College Pathways for Former Foster Youth (CCP) is an initiative designed to assist campuses in improving college and career outcomes for former foster youth at nine California community colleges. In addition, CCP aligns its strategic goals with those of the California Community College Chancellor’s Office Foster Youth Success Initiative (FYSI) and operates in close partnership with California College Pathways.
CCP is supported by the Walter S. Johnson Foundation, the Stuart Foundation, and the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
